Returns / Refunds
For Coffee, if you are unsatisfied with the contents of your dispatch you must contact email@example.com, by email, within 14 days of receipt to inform us of your issue. We will then issue a refund on the items. There is no need to return the item(s) to us.
For Non-Coffee, items must be unused and in their original packaging for us to issue a refund.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only ship to the UK.
Will My Coffee Fit Through The Letter Box?
If you order 1 x 250g or 2 x 250g then yes your parcel should fit through your letter box.
For orders weighing less than 15kg. Royal Mail 48H (premium service): £2.25 Royal Mail 24H (premium service): £3.25
Next working day service, (one hour delivery shot): £5.50 Delivery charges are subject to VAT. Some non-mainland UK address might incur an extra charge.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
